◯ 子育て、自身の学びを振り返る
子供の教育、またそれだけではなく、
人生における自身に学びをどのように考え、
何を目的に教育、学業を考えていますか?
世界を見渡してみると、学歴偏重の傾向がいまだに続いていると言うものの、
小学校卒いや中卒だけで、大きくビジネス的に成功してらっしゃる方もいます。要するに学歴=将来の幸せとは言えないと言う事は皆さんわかってきているようです。
学歴とは、必要不可欠なものと言うより、
あった方が良いだろうと言うものでしょう。
しかし、ほとんどすべての人が子供に学歴をつけようとしてしまう、同時に自分は仕事のための資格を得ようとしてしまいます。
それは本当に
活かされていると言えるのでしょうか。

◯今世の中で何が起きている
また、大変申し上げにくいことですが、社会で犯罪を犯す人が低学歴とは限らないのです。むしろ高学歴で頭の良いと言われる人が法の目を潜って、利得があるように動いた結果、それが国家的犯罪に結びつくと言うケースが目立ちます。国際的な大きな犯罪には必ずそうした知的な力を働く人が影にいます。
つまり、知的である=良い人間であるとは限らない=学歴は人間性と関係がない、と言えるわけです。
つまり幸福感と、学歴は必ずしも一致しないと言うことです。
だとしたら、子供に先に何を教えるべきでしょうか。今、自分が親だとしたら何を学ぶべきでしょうか。
それはおのずと見えてきますよね。

しかしこの日本では、それに対する意識が薄い。このことが、日本の社会は安全だけれども幸福感や満足感が少ないと言う、世界の幸福度ランキングにおいて、日本が非常に低いところにいると言う結果を表しています。
では一体どうやって、真の幸福や満足を求めたら良いのか、まずそこに意識を向けるべきでしょう。

◯ 教育の質が幸福感を決める
日本を始め、先進諸国の学校における教育プログラムは、すべて経済が優先となっています。要するに、将来の幸福感覚のためではなく、職業、お金のために勉強しているのです。
そして、日本は残念ながら特に偏っていて、先進諸国の中で、音楽教育を除き、最も文化芸術教育が遅れています。その結果、この分野において活躍できる人が非常に少なく、社会でもその価値が認められないのです。
しかしフランス、アメリカ、イギリス、イタリア、ドイツ、南米、そして最近では中東の国々などを見てください。芸術家の立場、その社会的な意義についての正しい認識があり、もちろんそれはビジネスや経済と堅く結びついているのです。
それにそれに引き換え日本では、自国の文化芸術、それに関係する歴史、そのような日本人としてのアイデンティティーを深める教育も軽視されています。
これが一体何を招くでしょうか。
少し想像すればわかってくるのではないでしょうか。日本人は、自分の国に対する愛国心さえ薄まってきていると言うことです。

◯ 昔の日本は素晴らしかった
今オランダの教育が世界的に人気があります。彼らの勉強の発達レベルは今世界一と言われています。そして幸福度も高いですね。社会的な手当も充実しています。
ご存知でしょうか、彼らが今行っている教育のシステムは昔の日本の学校のようです。異なる学年の子供たちを1つの教室で勉強させています。そして年長が、年少の子供の面倒を見たりしているのです。
現代の人はとても想像ができないかもしれませんが、江戸時代後期の日本の識字率と言うのは非常に高いものでした。それは、寺子屋と言う学び舎が日本国中にあったためですね。その当時の西欧諸国の人々の識字率は日本には比較にならないほど低いものだったと言うことをご存知でしょうか。

数年前ぐらいから、寺子屋の復活が叫ばれましたが、今またなりを潜めています。それは本質的なところが、抑えられていなかったからですね。いったい私たちは何を学べば良いのでしょうか？

例えば、日本の美術教育界は文部省の指導要領をもとに、カリキュラムをこなすことが精一杯で、芸術に親しみ豊かさは味わうことの本当の意味をわかって指導できる先生が、年々少なくなってきています。
しかしこれに対して数十年前から警鐘を鳴らしてきた、1人の芸術家、教育家がいます。
それは私の先生たち、佐藤忠良と言う彫刻家と、阪本文男、と言う画家です。
彼らは芸術家でしたが生徒たちを指導するときに、単に芸術家を生み出すと言うよりもむしろ、子供たちの創造性や感性を磨き、引き出すところにある、と説いた人達でした。
しかし、学校教育の現場では、子供たちを評価しなければならないために、このようなことが起きています。___ 見た目の出来上がり方、このように書かなければいけないと言うような、一人ひとりの個性や、創造性を無視するした画一的な型にはめる考え方を持つ指導者たちがいます。
それに合わない生徒たちは皆、悪いをもらわなければいけません。それにより自分は芸術は向かないとで判断してしまった方も多いのではないでしょうか。
それはその子供の問題ではなく、ほとんどの場合指導者の指導の仕方に問題があったはずです。
しかし本来、芸術には点数付けられません。そして個人差があります。このことで人間に優劣をつけるべきではないのです。

◯ どこを目指し何を学べばいいのか
学歴偏重と言う、いわば社会的宗教に頭の中が洗脳されてしまって親たちは、大切な自分のお子さんに、将来大学を出て働くための勉強をさせる前にもっと別のことを勉強させるべきだとは気づいてほしいですね。
人間の幸せはお金ではない。学歴でもない。創造性や感性を豊かに生きること、幸せに生きるために必要な知識とはなんだろう?このようなことにまず疑問を持っていただきたいのです。
このような真理につながる学びこそが、その子供の個性と、本来持っている本当の可能性を引き出す機会になるのではないでしょうか。
子育てに最も必要な事は、テストの点数を上げることではありません。

◯ 子育て自分育てに必要な事は何かな
その子供が自分自身の力に気づくこと、本当の自分の可能性は何かについて興味を持つこと、自分に向いていることを見つけられるようになること、このようなシンプルなことです。プラス、もちろん大切な事は、人間性と精神性でしょう。それがなければ、たとえ自分の興味を分野を見つけても、それを社会の役に立つものに作り上げることができないでしょう。
今お伝えしている事はすごくシンプルな事ですが、これこそが真理です。
これがわからなくて、一体どうやって、子供に本当の幸せを与えられ、子供が自身が満足ができる子育てができるのでしょうか。
真理の学びと言うのは、命の源を知り、いの一番に、命を大切にできるようになるということです。

自分は一体何者なの？
自分はどんな可能性を持っているの？
なぜ自分がここに存在しているの？
この宇宙は一体どうなっているの？

等々、そうしたことを学ぶこと、
それが真理の勉強です。
そのような機会を作ることこそが、子供の教育機会を作る上で最も大切なことでしょう。
しかしこれは小さな子供だけではなく、
学生、大学生、そして社会人になった人から、現在バリバリ働いている人まで、自分の価値観を改める機会として必要なものではないでしょうか。
真理の学びで得られた知識と言うのは、
それが本当の幸せに向かって間違いなく発動している限りは骨の髄まで染み渡り、
あなたの意識と生涯にわたって、
決して失われる事はありません。
この点が普通の学業で学ぶことと違います。
一般的な学問、それがどんなに素晴らしいものであっても、このような宇宙の真理の目の前におけば、それがどんなに細やかな小さなものだろうとわかるはずです。

◯ 真に身に付けるべきこと
私たち人間にとって大切な事は、この宇宙にある真理と、物事や出来事を作り出している創造の秘密、ルールを見つけ、使えるようになることです。
この最もシンプルで1番大切な学びがで学校で学べないと言うところが問題です。
しかしこうした事は、日本では昔はお寺のお坊さんからお話を聞き、学んできたことです。
この宇宙の仕組みはどうなっているのか、人間の心を作っている仕組みは一体どうなっているのか、これがわからないと、人は、経済的に成功したとしても、真の満足と幸福を味わうのは難しいでしょう。
小さなことに一喜一憂したり、迷って物事を判断できなかったり、感情のコントロールができないし、自分自身に対して本当に自信を持つことができないでしょう。
そして自信のない人には、人生を幸せなものにすることができないし、本当の意味で人を助けてあげる事は出来ないのです。
上に立つ人、指導者、リーダーとして生まれた人、そして子供を持つ親は、いの一番にこのような真理について学ぶ必要があると、思います。
人間にとっての、本当の幸せってなんでしょうか。いったいどのような力によって人間は生かされているのでしょうか。それを日々忘れないで私たちは生きていると言えるでしょうか。
目先の満足ではなく、
人生に渡る、本当の満足とは何か？
それを知り、それを求められるようになることで、人生の生き様は変わってきます。そして進む道で自分の人生で目にすることを体験する事は変わってくるでしょう。
受験のための勉強、大学で単位のための学問、やがて就職するための勉強は、人生の幸福に本当に益があると言えるのでしょうか。
まず自分から、そして家族、お子さんに、
人生の全ての創造の源、秘密である、
心とは何か、を学ぶ機会を、
ぜひ作ってあげてほしいと思います。
私たちは、職業や会社選びのために勉強するのではなく、ほんとうの幸福を実現させるためにこそ勉強するべきなのではないでしょうか。

What is the purpose of education and study?
Looking around the world, we can see that there is still a strong emphasis on academic qualifications.
However, there are people who are very successful in business with only a primary or secondary school education. In short, people are beginning to understand that education does not equal future happiness.
Education is not something that is essential.

However, almost everyone is trying to get their children educated, while at the same time getting themselves qualified for a job.

It is also very difficult to say this, but people who commit crimes in society are not always poorly educated. In other words, being intelligent does not necessarily mean being a good person, and education has nothing to do with humanity.

It is this kind of truthful learning that will give the child the opportunity to develop his or her personality and true potential.
The most important thing in raising a child is not to get a good test score.

◯What do we need to do to raise our children and raise ourselves?
It’s as simple as making the child aware of his or her own strengths, being curious about what his or her true potential is, and being able to find out what he or she is good at. Plus, of course, the important thing is humanity and spirituality. Without that, even if you find a field that interests you, you won’t be able to turn it into something useful for society.

If you don’t understand how the universe works and how the human mind works, it is difficult to experience true satisfaction and happiness, even if you are financially successful.
You will not be happy or sad about small things, you will not be able to make decisions, you will not be able to control your emotions and you will not be able to have real confidence in yourself.
And if you don’t have confidence, you can’t be happy in life and you can’t really help others.
I believe that anyone who is born to be a superior, a leader, a mentor, or a parent of children needs to learn about these truths first and foremost.
What is true happiness for human beings? What are the forces that keep us alive? How can we live our lives without remembering this?
It’s not about immediate gratification.
What is the real satisfaction of life?
Knowing this, and being able to seek it, will change the way you live your life. And the path you take will change what you see and experience in your life.
Is studying for exams, for university credits or for a job really beneficial to your happiness in life?
First of all, we need to teach ourselves, our families and our children.
Learn what the mind is, the secret, the source of all creation in life.
I hope you will give yourself, your family and your children the opportunity to learn what the mind is.
It is the secret, the source of all creation.
We should not study it to choose a job or a company, but to achieve true happiness.
