ものづくりに携わる人は、
真のリーダー、優れた指導者は、
常に、それに注意を払っているでしょう。
何かの決断の前に
その人が基準としているものは
感情か、
あるいは知性か、そして価値観によって
出てくるものは全く変わってしまう。
無意識から脱却しないと
自分が何を基準に選んでいるのか
全く見当もつかない..!!
心の動きを知ること、
それに目覚めている事、
自分の感情のエネルギーを見定めること、
その重要な意味はそこにある。
小さな気配、
細やかな思い
それは強い感情よりも
よほど大切なことがある。
その声を聞けるよう、
神とこの世をつなぐ、
創造性に影響与える知性に、
判断を任せることができるよう、
心の声に耳を澄まそう。
それがあなたが作り出すものの、
隅々まで意識をめぐらせることであり、
そのものを取り囲む、その周囲全てとの
調和にも関わってくるのだから。

アップしました。
あなたはこの組み写真に何を感じますか
この作品を作っていた時期、
私は内面のエネルギーと、その変化の様子を、
観察することに集中していました。

◯感情と表現と道具
すぐれたピアニストが、演奏会のために選ぶピアノは、最も小さな音が出るピアノを探していると言うことです。
それは心の中の小さな声、感情にに耳をすまし、それを表すためです。
ショパンコンクールで今ファイナルが行われていますが、ここでは、ピアノメーカーのコンテストでもあります。私はやはり、ショパンの音楽を聴くにはSteinway＆Sonsのピアノの音が好きです。惜しくも1時予選で敗退した。日本のピアニストは日本のYAMAHAのピアノを使っていましたが、そのピアノの音はきらびやか過ぎました。もし彼が、Steinway＆Sonsのピアノを使っていたら、もっと上まで行けたかもしれません。そんなことも思いました。
本当に彼が表現したかったのは
何だったのか？
ショパンの音楽にあの音は、
合わなかったと、私は感じています。
解釈は人それぞれでしょうけれど。。。。

Emotions.
Or intellect, and depending on your values
What comes out will be completely different.
You have to break free from the unconscious.
I have no idea what I’m choosing based on.

To know how the mind works.
To be awake to it.
Knowing how your mind works, being awake to it, identifying your emotional energy.
That’s what’s important.
A small sign.
A small sign, a small thought.
It is more important than strong emotions.
There are more important things than strong feelings.
To be able to hear that voice.
To connect God to the world.
To let our intellect, which influences our creativity
To listen to the voice of your heart, so that you can let it make decisions.
Listen carefully to your heart.
That’s what you create.
It’s about being aware of every nook and cranny.
With everything around it that surrounds it.
It’s all about harmony.

When I was making this work, I was in a period of inner energy and
I was focused on observing my inner energy and how it was changing.

Emotions, Expressions, and Tools .
The piano that a good pianist chooses for a concert is the one that produces the smallest sound .
It is  to listen  to the little voice in the heart, the emotion, and express it . .
The finals of the Chopin Competition are going on right now, and this is also a contest for piano makers. I still prefer the sound of Steinway & Sons pianos to listen to Chopin’s music. Unfortunately, I lost in the 1:00 qualifying round. The Japanese pianist used a Japanese YAMAHA piano, but the sound of that piano was too glittering. If he had used a Steinway & Sons piano, he might have been able to go higher. That’s what I thought.
What was it that he really wanted to express?
What did he really want to express?
I thought, “That sound didn’t fit Chopin’s music.
I feel that that sound did not fit Chopin’s music.
I’m sure everyone has their own interpretation. 。。。。
